Orders are packed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days (could be more)
Shipping times depend on your location and courier.
Once your order is handed to the courier, we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages — but if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll try to help.
You’ll get a confirmation once your order is shipped.
Please make sure your address is correct when checking out — we can’t change it after the order is placed.

All sales are final.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos so we can help you out.

Limited edition and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
